Learning via OsmosisPosted by Shrigley Photography (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States) on 9 July 2007 in Animal & Insect. Happy Monday! On any given day, I'll usually find Hermione sitting on a textbook (or even my laptop) I have laying on the floor or the coffee table. The other morning, I caught her sitting on a pile of books (Webster's Dictionary and A Treasury of Asian Literature) not to mention a few birthday cards, a pad of sticky lables and a memo pad. And she did this before her first cup of coffee.... okay before MY first cup of coffee. ;) Thanks again for all of your wonderful comments for just for stopping by to take a peek. Until Tomorrow....

Shahab from Qazvin, IranCOOL!Beautiful portrait! She looks so keen to be photographed! 9 Jul 2007 5:19pm Will Williams from Bailey, United StatesI think it's a cat conspiracy, can someone explain to me why they all like to lay on laptops!?!? Mine is notorious for it! 9 Jul 2007 5:28pm @Will Williams: I have no idea why cats like laptops. I thought it was because they were warm, but she's on it regardles. Perhaps your right and it is a conspiracy, which might explain why my cat LOVES to move her water bowl to the middle of the kitchen floor. And it's only ever the water bowl. What's up with that?! :) Viewfinder from Bradenton, United StatesI think this is my first visit to your site. Nice to meet you and Hermione. She is a very photogenic cat. 9 Jul 2007 8:12pm {H} creatives from Santa Clara, United StatesThis is a swee shot of Hermione, Shrig! Love your title...B-). Hope you had a great weekend! Cheers! And its posing for you, thats really cool. :) 10 Jul 2007 4:12am Erik from NetherlandsExplanation: the cat knows that a laptop and books are frequently used by her boss, and she wants his attention so she takes their place. She has something of triumph in the way she looks. Nice portrait! 11 Jul 2007 7:17pm blackbird from Asheboro, NC, United StatesI'm not really a cat person, but I love this picture. 24 Aug 2007 3:27am |
