People Who Control Traffic Part 2

This is again an old one from New York City. We were in the car waiting at the light when I grabbed this shot (which might explain why it could look a bit on the dirty side, its hard to keep cars clean in winter). But, here she is. Brave enough to stand in the middle of the street while big trucks go whizzing by.
